Highly recommended. My dealings with track financial has been great. I’m still impressed until now how they handled the entire process of my loan application all in a week. We had a very short window to work with - timeline was tight. Found the property on Tues, inquired with track financial in the afternoon and submitted my paperwork, they worked on it on Wed and got the conditional approval on Wed night, they had arranged for the evaulation on Thursday and got me my unconditional approval on Friday morning and paid my deposit the same day. Settled a month after. They are just GREAT!
