Ben started working in Track Financial in 2006 at only 18 years of age, under the direct tutelage of his father Bill. Working his way up from the photocopy machine, to answering calls, to attending meetings, Ben has experience across the entire mortgage process from start to finish.
After completing his diploma in financial services (financial planning) in 2009, Ben increased his financial knowledge providing a more holistic understanding of the financial industry.
This also encouraged Ben’s passion for learning. He has since gone on to complete his Masters of Business Administration, and a Masters of Property Development, where he graduated with excellence, having co-authored an academic journal paper.
In 2017 Ben took control of Track Financial, bringing a fresh outlook on how the company can better assist their clients through the use of technology.
When not working, Ben enjoys keeping fit, completing endurance events such as marathons and triathlons.
